30% of the total rental amount. The rest of the rent is paid by the guest to the bank account 30 days before arrival or
upon arrival and collection of keys from the villa. All guests in the villa are insured, as well as the villa itself.
* The listed prices are made for weekly rental! Rent is a minimum of 7 days!
